HOW MUCH WILL IT COST TO SEND MY NEW STUFF?
We currently only offer shipping within NZ, and all overs over $100 are shipped free of charge - excluding rural addresses and oversized items - we'll calculate your shipping cost when we receive your order. If your order is under $100, it's only a $9 flat rate nationwide.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Currently we do not offer international shipping.
HOW LONG TILL MY ORDER ARRIVES?
We want you to start enjoying your purchase as soon as possible, so we aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 business days. Christmas time is super busy though, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. For rural addresses, please allow an additional 1-2 working days for delivery.
IT’S NOT QUITE RIGHT, CAN I RETURN IT?
Absolutely! Sometimes it hard to tell if it will work until you have it, we get it! All you need to do is email us and let us know you are wanting to return an item. Send it back to us within 10 days of you receiving it will all the original packaging and tags attached. There are some exceptions so please read through our REFUND POLICY on the TERMS + CONDITIONS page.
